I’ve had a hard time justifying that one. I’m not sure you could charge them with anything given the way the laws are written right now. It seems people agree it was wrong but I’m not sure there’s any legal precedent.

Perhaps the only way to do it is to emphasize the intent of the person behind the camera as malicious and intentional rather than the nature of the subject on the other side of the lens.

Either way to have taken those photos was a violation.
