It’s amazing how having an eating disorder is actually more like having a chronic illness that has regular flare ups…

Sometimes you’re good, and other times you’re bargaining with yourself when you eat bread…

Try eating at the same time every day, and eating the same things every day. Make sure you have a balanced intake even if it’s small. Fats like almonds and avocado are important, and remember that technically vegetables are considered a carb, so don’t panic too much about bread either.

Get regular with an eating schedule and a water drinking schedule and the rest of you will get regular as well.
