That girl in her suit bent over to take her mark on the block is not inherently sexual, but when the parent on the other side of the camera took that picture with their specific intent, the image became pornographic.

Synonyms of the word pornographic include obscene, indecent, improper, indelicate, crude, and lewd.

Since the subject of the photo was a minor, that parent took pornographic images of a child.
